We deliver quality services to our clients, safely and without compromise.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager that will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of DRC Drilling’s operations. This position forms part of the Raisebore Group of Companies Senior Management team and the successful candidate will be an experienced mining professional with the ability to drive strategic outcomes and improvement initiatives, whilst building strong relationships with all our stakeholders, ensuring all contractual and statutory requirements are met or exceeded.Key Duties include but are not limited to;Promoting the company’s key values.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to exceed customer and client expectations.Oversee all day-to-day operations/contracts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations/requirements are being met or exceeded.Work closely with the Group Safety Manager to strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of health and safety.Preparation and submission of Tenders.Responsible for effectively managing all budgets and operational costs through the establishment of strong financial reporting standards.ABOUT YOU  Must have extensive experience within the mining industry, specifically in relation to drilling services.Experience with tender preparation, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management.Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience with the tendering and management of contracts.Demonstrated experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior manager, with a proven track record of being able to manage and deliver on the required accountabilities.Have strong leadership capabilities and willingness to drive a collaborative culture.Strong knowledge and understanding of safety systems/processes and legislative requirements.Can lead, manage, and engage people across all levels of a business. SO WHY JOIN US?
